DENVER—Colorado Republican Rep. JoAnn Windholz is sponsoring a bill to ban powdered alcohol in Colorado. She said she wants to ban it because she doesn’t know much about it.
“It can be taken into sports, Broncos games, whatever,” she explained while standing in the middle of a state that allows the legal sale of magic-mushroom strength candy.
It is not known at this time if Rep. Windholz is considering a switch to the Prohibition Party or if that would conflict with her sworn allegiance to the Nanny State.
