Unfortunately, you sober up nearly as quickly.<\/p>\n<p>The Wahh Quantum Sensations device, about the size of a tube of lipstick,\u00a0 delivers a drop of alcohol at a time, which is presumably absorbed by the lungs for a lightning-fast effect.<\/p>\n<p>The anti-alcohol lobby, currently lurching about in a pre-hysterical phase, is trying hard to figure out just how this will be \u201cmisused\u201d by \u201calcoholics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The drunken sensation lasts a few seconds, then quickly fades.
